Millicent is a graduate of New York University. She serves as Director of Operations & Marketing for Treelane Realty Group. Currently Millicent oversees the implementation of Treelane Realty Group’s digital infrastructure, including website management, media assets, and technology modernization strategy. Millicent is fluent in English and Chinese.

David is a board-certified bankruptcy attorney with over 27 years of experience. He is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NCBA), the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and others. He has represented thousands of individuals, businesses, and corporations in Chapter 7 & Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases.
Kay (Yue) Wu

Kay received M.A. in Regional Studies East Asia at Harvard and B.A. magna cum laude in Art History from New York University.
Kay brings her creativity and leadership to Point Space in marketing, event planning and project management. Kay works directly with Tony and Wendy to culturally shape and promote the Point Space brand.

With two decades of investment experience, Tony and Wendy lead Treelane Realty Group into becoming one of Southern California’s top independent real estate brokerages for over 20 years. Tony adds over 30 years of design experience to oversee the creative direction of the team. Wendy continues to be influential in the real estate investment with her business acumen, leadership, and vision.
