He has represented thousands of individuals, businesses, and corporations in Chapter 7 & Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases.

Millicent Wong 

Director of Operations and Marketing

Millicent is a graduate of New York University. She serves as Director of Operations & Marketing for Treelane Realty Group. Currently Millicent oversees the implementation of Treelane Realty Group’s digital infrastructure, including website management, media assets, and technology modernization strategy. Millicent is fluent in English and Chinese.

Tony & Wendy Wong

With two decades of investment experience, Tony and Wendy lead Treelane Realty Group into becoming one of Southern California’s top independent real estate brokerages for over 20 years. Tony adds over 30 years of design experience to oversee the creative direction of the team. Wendy continues to be influential in the real estate investment with her business acumen, leadership, and vision.

Winston is a partner at Bernstein & Pinchuk, LLP’s Los Angeles office, specializing in cross-border tax strategy, immigration-related financial planning, and U.S.-Asia investment consulting. With decades of experience, he is a trusted advisor to Chinese and international clients, including EB-5 investors, navigating complex tax and financial matters.

Previously, Mr. Yen founded ACCellence, LLP, and served as CFO and director for publicly traded companies, earning a reputation as an expert in financial management and U.S. public company consulting.

Yvonne and Nicole, a mother-daughter team with over 70 years of combined experience, are leaders in title solutions in the San Gabriel Valley. Yvonne’s background as an escrow officer and realtor inspired Nicole to join her, forming a 30-year partnership.

Nicole, a Cal State Fullerton Business and Marketing graduate, excels in title insurance and utilizes Fidelity National Title’s advanced tools. They handle all transactions—sales, refinances, commercial, industrial, and builder services—with a dedication to personalized service and customer satisfaction.

Eric Dean

Eric is an honors graduate of UCLA and UCLA School of Law. Eric has practiced for over30 years in all aspects of commercial real estate, secured loans, transactions, business and dispute resolution. Eric has acted as an attorney on behalf of Treeline Realty, its affiliates and clients for over 15 years. 

Eric practices with the law firm of Shulman, Bastian, Friedman &Bui LLP, a highly recognized and well established law firm with over 25 attorneys. The law firm has a very diverse expertise servicing clients in a very wide range of legal concerns.

Joe Soun

Consultant

Joe has over 30 years of experience in real estate, construction, and title insurance. A USC graduate with a Master’s in Structural Engineering, he began his career with Caltrans before transitioning into finance and title insurance. As Senior Vice President at Investor Title/WFG Title since 2005, Joe specializes in residential title insurance, commercial services, and builder services.

With extensive expertise in managing complex real estate transactions, Joe has a proven track record of coordinating with escrow officers, agents, and developers to resolve challenges and ensure smooth closings.
