Terms and Conditions of Registration

By registering your name, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions：

PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE: I irrevocably give the right to Point Space and Treelane, their representatives, employees and assigns the right to photograph, record, or video me, and to edit, use, and reproduce my image, performance, and physical likeness in connection with the above-identified event. I authorize Point Space and Treelane, their assigns, and transferees to copyright, use, and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that Point Space and Treelane may use such photographs/videos of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.

ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION: I understand that alcohol may be present at the event. I attest that I am of legal drinking age in the jurisdiction where the event is being held. I agree to consume alcohol responsibly and to not hold Point Space or Treelane responsible for any harm, injury, or damages I may cause or incur as a result of my consumption of alcohol. Point Space and Treelane have advised that the use of designated drivers is encouraged, and all attendees should drink and behave responsibly.
